sdioi has reached the cooperation intention for the establishment of south china sea base of national ocean monitoring facilities engineer center with south china sea engineering investigation center of sate oceanic administration.
on 8th, july, 2015, mr yan jinhui, manager of south china sea engineering investigation center visited sdioi and signed letter of intention with mr zhang tao, director of sdioi, for the he establishment of south china sea base of national ocean monitoring facilities engineer center in changzhou buoy management base in huangpu, guangzhou.
it is agreed that the base will be established by the advantages of the technical force, talented personnel from national ocean monitoring facilities engineer center of sdioi, and the advantages of the construction and maintenance team of jetty, beach testing site and ocean equipment from south china sea engineering investigation center. the base will conduct the research, engineering development, beach test, offshore test of ocean instrument & equipment; installation, commissioning and maintenance of ocean instrument & equipment; achievements transformation and application of ocean instrument; and improve the progress of national monitoring technology together.
